I have tried a few pairs of blue light glasses and Kanturo have been by fair the most effective, they are very reasonably priced and they look cool to which helps. I have always had trouble sleeping, I wear these watching TV at night and I have never slept better - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Will be ordering a another pair for sure!

Decided to try Kanturo blue light glasses as they looked good and was curious to see if they’d improve my sleep.
