Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 - 2 working days of purchase.

For orders with a prescription or reading magnification, please allow 1-2 weeks to create your prescription glasses. 

COVID19 Update: We are still shipping to all countries during the on-going situation with COVID19. You may experience a 4-8 day delay on top of the below shipping times but you can order from anywhere in the world and we will deliver your glasses. Stay Safe.

Please note shipping times do not include unexpected delays like customs, bank holidays, weather disruptions, etc.

We currently only accept credit card payments and PayPal. More payment methods will be added in the future.

All of our prices are displayed in USD. However, we use a currency converter app that will convert the currency based on your location on google. 

Kanturo is an Irish company with business addresses in the Republic of Ireland.

Kanturo is in partnership with a third party logistics provider who ships all products from Shenzhen.

Note: Please get in contact with us at support@kanturo.com if you wish to return your items. 

Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You will receive a stylish pair(s) of Blue Light Glasses/Sunglasses inside a beautifully designed leather case.

We allow returns within 30 Days of all purchases (excluding prescription, see below) if you are not happy with your order. We will offer you a full monetary refund or you can purchase another item from Kanturo. Please note: Items returned must be in mint condition with no damage. For damaged items please provide photographic proof of the damage. If you change your mind before your order arrives, please be advised your item has already been processed and shipped. If you are unhappy with your item once you receive it, the 30 Day refund clause applies. If you want to return an item please e-mail support@kanturo.com. Please note that we unfortunately do not cover the cost of returning items. You will receive a response in less than 24 hours. 

Prescription - Due to prescription glasses being unique to each individual we cannot offer a refund on this product if you change your mind. However if your item gets lost or the lens created is not to the prescription you provided we are happy to remake your prescription glasses and send them to you.

Please note proof of postage to issue the refund is needed for all returns.

If you did not receive your order, please email our support team. at support@kanturo.com so we can check your order status.

Please note that orders where the tracking number status shows delivered delivered cannot be refunded. However, we will be more than happy to reship an order if it has not been received.

Prescription and Reading Glasses

You can upload your prescription by clicking here.

Please note if you have not yet bought your prescription glasses or you bought glasses without the prescription option, we cannot creatte your prescription frames. For further assistance please e-mail support@kanturo.com.

You will receive an e-mail after your order to upload your prescription.

For orders with a prescription or reading magnification, please allow 1-2 weeks to create your prescription glasses/Reading Glasses. 

PD stand for pupilary distance and is the distance between your two pupils. A PD is necessary to create prescription lenses. Many prescriptions do not have the PD on them. We recommend. reaching out to your optometrist or you can use our print out ruler. Click here to download the PD ruler.

If you placed an order and some items require a prescription/reading magnification and some do not, then the entire order will only be sent after the completion of the creation of your prescription/reading glasses.

This creation process takes 1-2 weeks. Please see 'Shipping times: How long will my order take?' for the shipping time to your country.

The maximum Cylinder we can create for prescription glasses is 6.25.

The minimum Cylinder for prescription glasses is 0.25
